(hereinafter referred as “the company”) is co-financed by Shijiazhuang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. and CERI Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., with land area of 4,000,000 m2. The registered capital is 3.166 billion RMB. The company is integrated with special steel production and equipment manufacturing. The company has 4 divisions: iron making division, steel making and milling division, equipment manufacturing division, oceaneneering division.

The company focuses on quality and process Management, and is approved by ISO9001 Quality Management System; and also wins certificates from ABS, DNV, CCS, BV and etc.; Innovation and development have also been paid great attention. There is a first class laboratory, which has been certified by China National Approval Committee.

3. Location Advantage

The company is situated in Liaoning Yingkou Coastal Industrial base, and has great advantage on transportation and logistics. The plant is south to Yingkou Bayuquan Port (sea port) , north to Yingkou Port (river port), and also only 200 kilometers to Dalian Port (the largest port in the north China). At the same time, Harbin-Dalian railway, Shenyang-Dalian highway and Coastal Expressway are all adjacent to the company. The water and land ways make a great transportation network, which ensures time saving and cost reducing.
