Heavy casting products are mainly focus on offering big professional casting steel parts for both domestic and abroad key equipment manufacturing.

Capacity: max finished weight 400ton/pc

Material: carbon steel, low alloy steel, heat resistant steel and stainless steel and etc.

We have offered steel casting for the following equipment: 80000 ton cross forging press, 40000 ton tourniquet press, 12500 ton hydraulic press, 8000ton hydraulic press, 6000 ton hydraulic press;

3.8m mill, 2.8m mill, 1700/1450/1250 cold and hot mills; Big cement kiln and mine equipments, and equipments for other industry which consisting with big casting steel parts.

2. Achievements

2.1 Castings for Forging press: moving beam (290 tons), upper/middle/bottom beams (weights all above 200 tons and max 333ton. )

2.2 Castings for mill: 3.8m mill housings, 2.8m mill housings, 1700/1450/1250 cold and hot mill housings, temper mill housings (weight max 320ton)

2.3 Castings for cement kiln: kiln tyres, kiln wheel, abrasive disk 2.1 Castings for Forging press: moving beam (290 tons), upper/middle/bottom beams (weights all above 200 tons and max 333ton. )
